Hi, I got Momento on my Touch awhile back, maybe 4 months ago. It worked great and downloaded all my tweets, way back to 2007. I only tweeted once that year and then not again until 2009 I think. Anyway, I have less than 3000 tweets.

I just loaded Momento on my new iPhone 4 and it won't download my older tweets. Im still less than 300 like I said. Any ideas?

PS For a suggestion, maybe a way to IMPORT the file you EXPORT. That way I can export from my old touch and then import that to my iphone, giving me all my moments on one device?

   Hi Tom,

   Sorry to hear you're having touble. Have you clicked the 'Download Previous Tweets' button in the Twitter account settings screen?

   If so and you're still experiencing the problem, can you provide us with your twitter username so we can do some testing our end and see if we can replicate the issue.

   I did press that button. I tried it a few times to see if maybe it didn't quite get it the first time. The twitter name is tom2pt0.

   I solved it finally. I had to press the previous tweet button. The percentage would go to like 9%. Exit the app. Quit the app. Reopen the app, and then press it again. The percentage kept going up in various increments each time. First it was 9%, then 15, then 23, then 28, etc. Finally it got to like 90% and it had my first tweet.
