Facebook Feeds Not Working
I'm trying to get Momento to update my Facebook feeds. I've signed in through the app and it's telling me that everything is hooked up. I even disconnected, erased data and tried it again but no feeds. Also in the feeds tab I am only displaying Twitter which I set up some time ago. I checked the permissions on Facebook and everything seems to be in order.
Any ideas?

i recently had to do a system restore on my phone and lost all my info. unfortunately now none of my fB status updates are listed - whereas before they were - they just weren't adding new ones. what's wrong? is this app worth keeping if it cannot do what its supposed to do?

Hi Robyn,
It's most unfortunate that you lost your data when restoring your iPhone. The current method of restoring data has been tried and tested by many of our users successfully, as well as a variety of tests internally before release. We are working to enhance the backup feature in version 1.1.
As described in our FAQ, the issue with Facebook has been caused by a restriction Facebook have put in place. We are working resolve this issue affecting a small percentage of our users. As soon as the fix is available you will be able to import your historic Facebook data.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I don't know what to tell you. I tried to update fb feeds and while it
acts normal nothing shows up. Time and time again. Now I have nothing.

As this issue is due to Facebook's restrictions which they are tweaking and testing, the issue is likely to be intermittent.

common guy,
suffer for fb feed too long,
i;ve never seen facebook tab, even update the newest version today.
remove fb and add it again.
facebook tab disappear but "updating facebook" in the backgroud.
i give it up for a while and get a new hope with the latest update...

I upgraded and no luck with the Facebook feeds either. I don't think it was ever destined to work.

Hi everyone,
We have identified that the issue isn't with Momento, so unfortunately we can't provide a fix immediately. It's actually a bug with Facebook's API (the way developers connect to Facebook to retrieve data) affecting a small percentage of accounts. We have informed Facebook of the issue and they're working to provide a fix. As soon as we have some more information we will let you know. Once Facebook fixes the issue it will most likely start working without the need for us to issue an update.

as of today with the new update I still cant get my facebook feeds either, Ive done all the suggested as before, including deleting everything before I put the update in, this is so frustrating!!

Agreed, I've reset, removed, restarted and re-added and still nothing. Feeds for Twitter, Flickr and LastFM work fine. I don't know what else to try other than not using the app.
Only other option at this point is to delete it and take the loss of what I paid for the app as the main reason I purchased it was the appeal of the Facebook integration.
Oh well, live and learn.

Please note that this is an issue with the Facebook API and not with Momento. Whilst Facebook integration is working fine for the majority of users, there is a known issue affecting a small percentage that Facebook are looking into.
We will keep you informed of any updates reported to us from Facebook.

i understand it may be the facebook api problem.
since i was experience error in some application for my friend.
i hope one day, one day....
