Downloading Previous Tweets Fails
I'm having issues filling my calendar with previous tweets. I have gaps in my calendar for April that should be filled. I tweet about 20 times a day over @SplinteredMind. In the previous version, I could hit "Download Previous Tweets" and fill up the missing tweets, but no longer. The percentage stops after 1% and then says it's finished, yet the missing tweets remain missing.
In the previous version, I would have to select "Download Previous Tweets" over and over again to incrementally fill in the backlog. It seemed to time out, but I could nudge it along. That is no longer working. I rely on Momento to keep an archive of my tweets in a beautiful interface, but it's letting me down. It seems that if I miss running the app every other day or so, I will miss tweets. I know I tweet a lot, but there's no way that there are 3200 tweets in my Momento database. 3200 tweets would be five full months of daily tweeting going back to December. I can't get April 6th to 17th to fill. Any suggestions?

As a follow up, I have no problems with this app on my iPad, but the iPhone app still struggles. I have an iPhone 2g. Using the same WiFi network as the iPhone, the iPad install has Twitter archives going all the way back to November.
I deleted and removed the Twitter account from the iPhone and then set it back up again. Now the April tweets in question have been archived, but no matter how many times I select "Download Previous Tweets", I can't get past March going back. It seems the app or the network is timing out during download. I may see "2%", but after a long while it stops.

Hi Douglas,
Sorry to hear you're having further issues.
Have you disconnected and erased all the tweets from your iPhone? This will start from fresh and pull in the last 3200 tweets providing you select "Download Previous Tweets". It could be that simply disconnecting isn't doing the job.
If it's working fine on your iPad it would suggest there's nothing in the Twitter timeline which is causing the problem.
Best regards,
Ollie
