Migrating from phone to phone

Hello,

I recently upgraded my iPhone and imported a backup image from my old phone to my new. This is great except that I recently realised that I was missing some entries I had made on my old phone after the last time I'd backed in up.

I've not used Momento since so my old phone's is more up to date, is there anyway to migrate this data across without restoring my new phone to a backup of the old one again?
