Note entry on a Bluetooth keyboard

Hi //

Absolutely fantastic app so far, and I'm glad to see all of the great integration features. Just a quick request: when entering text with a hardware (i.e. bluetooth) keyboard, it would be great if the text area could expand to use the space that would have been taken up with the on-screen keyboard. This would make it quite a bit easier to see what one was typing.

And I know that a million landscape-mode requests are in the works, so I won't bother reiterating that one!
