Custom Twitter Tags

Hi,

love your app and the fact that it can pull the feeds from other services. I've seen the requests for all kinds of additional feeds and I would like to suggest that it might already help if we could customize the Twitter tags that are being pulled. For example I have an account with Goodreads, which automatically posts to my Twitter with a standard, so a tweet looks like this: "I'm #reading Impact by Douglas Preston http://bit.ly/dSauWB". Now if I could simply get the feed containing the tag #reading instead/in addition of #m I could already include another service without you having to actually code it into the app.
