Edit existing tags

I would like to be able to edit existing tags. A location nay be spelt incorrectly or placed in the wrong county etc. Custom tags may be Moslems or duplicated and allows a user to housekeep their tags rather than creating similar new ones.

   Oopps sorry to the staff, I created a request on this issue and I did not searched.
   Anyway, if my newly started topic gets deleted like it should, I join myself to this request right here. I'd love to edit as well.
