Can I reset my lock code if I have forgotten it?

The lock code is a security feature designed to protect your data stored in Momento. In order to keep your private data completely secure, there is no way to reset the lock code.

As your data is stored on your device we don't have access to retrieve your data for you.

If you have forgotten your lock code, it's much the same as forgetting your lock code for your device. You will need to restore your data from a backup. For more information on restoring from a backup, please click here.
