Sending crash reports
When Momento crashes, iOS creates a record of that event. The next time you connect your device to iTunes, iTunes downloads those records (known as crash logs) to your computer.
If you experience crashes with Momento, you can help us solve these issues by sending us your crash reports.
After syncing your phone with iTunes, you can find crash reports on your computer in the following locations:
If you use a Mac:
~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/DEVICE_NAME
Note: The ~ in the above stands for your Home folder.
If you're running Vista or Windows 7:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\DEVICE_NAME
If you're running Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\DEVICE_NAME
Any of the files from this folder which start with 'Momento' might be able to help us in resolving the crash. If you could kindly send these files to crashreports@momentoapp.com we will look in to the issue and keep you informed as to when a fix is available.
